Graham has had his own consulting practice since 1987 in the areas of management and marketing. Prior to that he held numerous positions with an international chemical company in the UK before transferring to Australia in 1974. His background is in Strategic Planning and Business Development.
Graham has a Joint Honours Degree in Law and Economics from Durham University and a Grad. Dip. Ed. from Melbourne University. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM). He is the author of “The Manager’s Guide to Supply Contracts and Tenders”, published by Information Australia and has written over a hundred articles for his web site and the specialist press.
To a great extent, a consultant is only as effective as the analysis upon which his or her recommendations are based. It was the need to obtain accurate perspectives of the current reality that acted as the spur to the development of bpi’s suite of surveys. All four surveys are extremely penetrating diagnostic tools and when coupled with the skills of interpretation, enable organisations to home in with great precision on the actions they need to take to improve their performance.
